Unlocked is an ethical jewelry brand that creates lasting impact by empowering women out of homelessness. By employing Makers to handcraft jewelry, Unlocked disrupts the experience of homelessness and creates the wages necessary to address immediate needs, build a foundation for success, and work towards a brighter future. Recognizing that employment is most impactful when paired with holistic resources, Unlocked partners with local organizations to facilitate Pathways, their 6-month program that provides Unlocked Makers with housing, financial training, career counseling, mental health therapy, and more. Together, Unlocked’s employment opportunities and Pathways Program empower Makers to transition into a stable career and permanent housing.
